Man was created a spirit-being and since he lost that status through the fall of Adam, God had sought several ways to restore him to the original form.

In the beginning, God released His Spirit only upon a selected few who were designed for special purposes. This includes the Priests, Kings and Judges. Afterwards, He moved upon ordinary men who were known as prophets. And God said in His word that His ultimate goal is to bring all men into the manifestations of the Holy Spirit (Joel 2:28). This, He initiated on the day of Pentecost and ever since, He is still in the act of releasing His Spirit and His Gifts on mortal men in order to transform them into spiritual men so that they can act as gods on the earth and as His kings and priests. I have always said that more than you can ever desire these gifts, God wants you to have them and manifest them all.
