In every seed there is a tree, in every mango seed there is a mango tree, in every male child there is a man and in every female child there is a woman, it all depends on how you cultivate and nurse the seed to become a tree. It is not every mango seed that becomes a tree even though they all have the potential to become one. In the same way, in every man is the potential to become a great leader. Every man is a seed of leadership and greatness. You were born a leader! The question therefore is, will you become a good leader or a bad leader?
